1. General Acceptance

  • By using the website or app, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from purchasing any products.

  • Lenscure reserves the right to modify these terms (including product prices) at any time without prior notice.


2. Account & Registration

  • Accuracy: You must provide true, current, and complete information during checkout.

  • Consent: By registering, you authorize Lenscure to contact you (via email, SMS, or call) for up to 45 days, even if you are registered under DND (Do Not Disturb) services.

  • Termination: Lenscure reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in unlawful conduct.


3. Order & Pricing

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.

  • Order Cancellation: Lenscure may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if the order is flagged as potentially fraudulent.

  • Product Images: Images on the site are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the actual product due to monitor settings.


4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Standard Return Policy: Products can generally be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  • Progressive/Bifocal Lenses: These often carry a 30-day "no-questions-asked" return policy.

  • Conditions for Return:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with price tags intact.

    • There must be no scratches or dirt on the frames or lenses.

  • BOGO Offers: Partial refunds on "Buy One Get One" offers are generally not allowed. If you return one item, the offer benefits are nullified.


5. Contact Lens Policy

  • By ordering contact lenses, you confirm you have a valid prescription issued within the last 12 months by a qualified professional.

  • You affirm that you have no medical conditions that prevent you from wearing contact lenses.


6. Lenscure Cash & Gold Membership

  • Validity: Lenscure Cash+ is valid for 364 days or until your Gold Membership expires (whichever is earlier).

  • Restrictions: You cannot withdraw Lenscure Cash as physical money; it is a discount credit for use only on the platform.


7. Legal & Jurisdiction

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Disputes: All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
